Annette Aiken is the Founder of The Mobile Menopause Library and Training, a Bolton-based business dedicated to improving menopause awareness, education and support within workplaces and communities. With a First-Class Honours degree in Public Health and a career spanning public health, safeguarding, anti-bullying, communications, engagement, research and training, Annette has worked across local government, charities and national organisations to support positive social change.
Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, she delivers menopause awareness workshops, workplace training and community-based initiatives designed to make reliable information more accessible and encourage open, informed conversations about menopause. Through her writing for Bolton Today, Annette shares practical insights, evidence-based information and local perspectives on menopause, women's health and workplace wellbeing.
